Deanna Zachrisson

Deanna Zachrisson, C.M. currently serves as Director, Revenue Generation & Partnership Development at San Diego International Airport (SAN). This year marks her 24th year in the aviation commercial business arena.

Arriving in San Diego in 2022, Zachrisson has been spearheading development of the new restaurant and retail program in SAN’s $4.6 billion Terminal 1 project, scheduled to open in 2025. She began her aviation career at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, where for nearly a decade she led the Airport Dining & Retail program and laid the foundation for the airport’s award-winning offerings.

Prior to SAN, she served in a deputy director role at Santa Barbara Airport heading up airline affairs and business development, including marketing, air service development, real estate/FBO development as well as terminal concessions and customer service.

Zachrisson has been involved in industry organisations including previously serving as Chair for the ACI/NA Commercial Management Committee. She holds bachelor and master’s degrees in Communication Studies from Gothenburg University in Göteborg, Sweden and a master’s degree in Legal Studies and Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University.
