Registrations Details

You confirm that the information provided on the registration form is correct and that your full name and company name will be shown on the delegate badge. By completing the registration form, you consent to the distribution of your contact details to the host and organisers of this event. You also consent to the inclusion of your name and company name in any published delegates list to be distributed at the event.

After successfully completing registration, a confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address.

The organiser will accept replacement delegates. However, delegate passes cannot be shared or split among delegates under any circumstances.

The organiser has the right to refuse or reject registrations.

Full delegate passes provide full access to all conference activities, including conference sessions and networking/ social activities, including refreshments and lunch breaks, welcome reception, and gala dinner.

Insurance, travel and accommodation shall be the responsibility of the attending delegate. The organiser shall not be responsible in any way for personal injury to the delegate or his/her accompanying persons, staff, agents, contractors, invitees or members of the public.

CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND POSTPONEMENTS

Cancellations must be made in writing by email to The Moodie Davitt Report (Events@MoodieDavittReport.com).

Refunds will be considered based on the date of receipt of the cancellation notice as follows:

• If cancellation notice is received on or before 23 April 2024 (Hong Kong time), 75% of the registration fee will be refunded.
• If cancellation notice is received between 24 April 2024 and 23 May 2024 (Hong Kong time), 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
• Registration fees will not be refunded if cancellation notice is received after 23 May 2024 (Hong Kong time), even in the case of non-attendance, but the registration may be transferred to another person at no additional charge, subject to written notification to The Moodie Davitt Report prior to the Event.

Any approved refunds will be issued following the conclusion of the event only and will be processed in USD.

The organiser reserves the right to amend or cancel the programme schedule, speakers or topics without prior notice to participants.

FILMING, PHOTOGRAPHS AND RECORDINGS

Except as otherwise instructed at the Event (for example, where sessions are stated to take place under the Chatham House Rule), you are permitted to make reasonable video or audio recordings and to take photographs at the Event, in each case for your own personal use. You must not make video or audio recordings of the whole (or substantially the whole) of at the Event or of any session within the Event, or use any recordings or photographs for commercial purposes, unless expressly permitted by The Moodie Davitt Report.

You acknowledge that the Event or part of it may be filmed by audio, visual, audio-visual or electronic means or photographed, including photographs of individual Attendees or groups of Attendees. You agree to permit The Moodie Davitt Report or any third party licensed by The Moodie Davitt Report, to use and distribute such footage and photographs, which may feature images of you, in all or any media (including social media) whether now known or hereafter to be invented throughout the world in perpetuity for the purposes of advertising, publicity, reporting and otherwise in relation to the exploitation of such recordings and photographs. Please inform the photographer if you do not wish to be included in any individual or group photographs.
