In his role as London Luton Airport (LLA) Head of Retail & Surface Access, Mark Jennings leads on strategy development to maximise passenger experience and revenue across the airport’s evolving range of retail concessions. He also leads the development of LLA’s ambitious sustainable surface access strategy.
