THAILAND/ INTERNATIONAL. Dufry CEO Xavier Rossinyol is among the latest big name speakers to be confirmed for the Airport Food & Beverage (FAB) + Hospitality Conference & Awards, which take place on 12-13 September 2023 in Bangkok, Thailand.
As leader of the new travel experience player created by the business combination of Autogrill and Dufry, Rossinyol will share his insights on the changed travel dining and retail landscape, address the group’s Destination 2027 strategy and offer his vision for revolutionising the traveller journey. As reported, the company has also been named as a Platinum Partner of the event.
Also representing Dufry will be President & CEO Asia Pacific Freda Cheung. She will join a highly anticipated FAB Women session.
The conference will also feature MasterChef Australia 2017 champion Diana Chan, who will talk about food being central to the travel journey.
More speakers will be announced in coming days. As reported, FAB has gained support from the Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (TCEB). Delegates requiring visa applications to travel to Thailand may contact The Moodie Davitt Report for the TCEB-issued official invitation letter.
FAB is is dedicated to the burgeoning world of airport food & beverage. For the first time, this year’s event is expanded to include wider airport hospitality services provided by lounges, hotels and other providers.
The event will also celebrate the achievements and efforts of the sector with the highly coveted FAB Awards and people-focused FAB Superstars Awards.
Nominations for the various award categories are now welcome through 31 July.
