Liz Grzechowiak
Liz Grzechowiak is Senior Director, Brands and Concepts for Delaware North, a global hospitality service company operating in airports and travel hubs around the world. It manages more than 200 brands in over 300 restaurants and retail stores in addition to sports stadiums, national parks, gaming venues as well as the Patina Restaurant Group.
Grzechowiak leads the team responsible for the development of food & beverage and market destinations, partnering with best-in-class brands and culinarians and overseeing the development of new concepts and brands to delight and elevate the guest experience.
Previous roles include Assistant Director Concessions and Business Development at Minneapolis-St Paul International Airport (MSP) and Director of Business Development at Caribou Coffee. Grzechowiak started in the airport industry in 2013 and hit the ground running to develop the retail rebid for MSP, overseeing the buildout of 35 specialty retail and convenience stores and 45 restaurants.
Awards include Aviation Pros 40-under-40 recipient; 2017 Airport Revenue News Property Manager of the Year; and the 2019 Airports Council International Richard A. Griesbach Award of Excellence. She was also part of the team to receive the 2018 International Food and Beverage Awards: Best Food Hall; 2018 Minnesota Real Estate Journal Awards: Best Restaurant Development; 2018 Airport Revenue News Best Management Team; 2019 Moodie Davitt Report FAB Airport Food & Beverage Program Americas; and 2019 Airports Council International Best Retail Program, to name a few.
