Belinda Jain is responsible for generating and managing JFKIAT’s Terminal 4 non-aviation revenues, working with her team and business partners to develop world-class retail, food & beverage and passenger service concepts featuring a distinctive “New York sense of place”. Jain is also responsible for developing brand and CX strategies, building marketing initiatives and fostering a culture of innovation.
Prior to JFKIAT, Jain spent over 20 years working in retail development and management of premium and luxury brands and in airports globally.
