Stephanie Pears

Stephanie Pears took over as Heathrow Airport Limited Head of Category for Food & Beverage, Essentials, Technology & Bureaux in January 2022. In this role she works with partners to ensure Heathrow’s passengers experience the best airport retail, in an increasingly capacity challenged environment.

She previously spent over three years as Heathrow Head of Corporate Strategy, developing the wider growth agenda.

Prior to joining Heathrow, Stephanie worked for over ten years in various corporate strategy & development and consulting roles across industries.

She holds a degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in international management.
