Jo Pennycuick

Jo Pennycuick joined SSP as Global Head of Design and Store Formats in August 2023 after 25 years operating Redesign Group in New Zealand. With the majority of those years consulting to SSP around the globe, it has been a natural transition to the Group Role in SSP transferring design, operational knowledge and business expertise to the company on a global level.
Jo’s role includes value creation with standardisation of the design and construction of SSP’s units and working closely with the local teams in all regions to support delivery. Jo is Co-Deputy Chair of the Women of Influence network, and she also mentors and supports SSP’s Indian subsidiary design company.

Business and design are Jo’s passions along with meeting people, building strong long-term relationships and providing services unique to each market.
