INTERNATIONAL. Submissions are now open for the highly anticipated Airport Food & Beverage (FAB) + Hospitality Awards and FAB Superstars Awards through our dedicated website. The deadline for submissions is 4 April.

The FAB Awards will be the culmination of The Moodie Davitt Report’s Airport FAB + Hospitality Conference, to be held in Barcelona, Spain on 25-26 June. As reported, the event will be hosted by Spanish airports operator Aena. 

FAB Superstars winners will be announced during the conference while recipients of the FAB Awards will be revealed at the Awards Ceremony during the Gala Dinner on 26 June.

The Airport FAB + Hospitality Conference & Awards encompass all aspects of airport food & beverage, lounges and other related hospitality services.

The prestigious FAB Awards also honour those who have made a positive impact through Environmental, Social, and Governance initiatives. 

All entries will be assessed by an independent panel of judges comprising relevant experts and professionals. Shortlisted finalists will be notified in May.

The eligibility period is 1 March 2024 to 28 February 2025. Full details about each category, submission requirements and assessment criteria are available via the dedicated website. 

For the FAB Awards, an administration fee of US$219 per submission is payable via the portal.

The FAB Superstars Awards, now in its fifth year, recognises staff efforts and achievements in the travel food & beverage and hospitality sector around the world. 

It is an opportunity for the travel F&B and hospitality community to reward the actions of front-line and back-of-house employees who make a critical difference to our industry.

The Airport FAB + Hospitality Conference 2025 builds on the rich history of FAB as it returns to Europe. The first edition took place in Manchester in 2011, followed by Amsterdam, Dubai, Copenhagen, Geneva, Toronto, Helsinki, Dallas, Bangkok (in 2023, after a COVID-related four-year pause) and Ontario, California in June 2024.
