THAILAND. The Airport Food & Beverage (FAB) + Hospitality Conference & Awards 2023 (12-13 September) continues to garner encouraging support with Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) named today as Gala Dinner Partner and COCA & Mango Tree Restaurants Worldwide participating as Competition Partner.

The event, to be held at The Millennium Hilton Bangkok, marks FAB’s return after a four-year hiatus caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

AOT, Thailand’s leading airport operator, is responsible for managing and operating six international airports in the country: Don Muang, Phuket, Chiang Mai, Hat Yai, Chiang Rai and Suvarnabhumi. Each accommodates both domestic and international flights and provides a wide array of food & beverage and hospitality services.

COCA & Mango Tree Restaurants Worldwide brings an exciting fusion of Thai and international flavours to the event by hosting an exciting cook-off between its Chief Executive and Chairman Pitaya Phanphensophon and Diana Chan, Chef and MasterChef Australia Winner from 2017.

The cook-off will be moderated by COCA & Mango Tree Chief Operating Officer Natalie Phanphensophon and Managing Director Trevor MacKenzie.

As reported, Diana Chan is part of the expert panel of judges for the FAB Awards.  She will also speak at the conference and share insights on the role of food in the travel journey.

Additionally, Chan will be part of the perennially popular FAB Women panel, where the subject of women in leadership and the importance of diversity and inclusion within the sector will be addressed. The FAB Women panel will also include Natalie Phanphensophon; Freda Cheung, President and CEO Asia Pacific of Dufry and Mélanie Guilldou, Executive Vice President Foodservice Global, Lagardère Travel Retail.

A star-studded and diverse line-up of speakers will grace FAB 2023. More speakers will be revealed tomorrow along with those featured below.
