He is responsible for building trusting partnerships and driving performance across the business through operational excellence and a relentless focus on culinary, beverage and hospitality.

A proven and results-driven executive, Peter has over 30 years of industry expertise, spanning Operations, Marketing, Business Development and Culinary Leadership, across Fortune 500 companies and luxury hospitality brands.

Peter holds an MMH from the Cornell University Hotel School, a BA in Philosophy from the University of North Carolina Greensboro, and an AAS in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
