
Nina Kristin Gür
Nina Kristin Gür is the Vice President Retail Key Account Management at Fraport and has been responsible for the strategic development and execution of the airport’s retail concepts across all terminal areas since 2020.
She leads the continuous implementation of the overarching strategy ‘The Art of Retail in the Heart of Europe’ by aligning the retail portfolio with future travel and lifestyle trends and improving customer experience.
Nina leads a team of experts that manage global brand partnerships and oversees the commercial performance, positioning and space allocation of Frankfurt Airport’s marketplaces.
Currently, the airport is less than one year away from the opening of the new Terminal 3 and the retail team is in a very crucial phase to implement approximately 70 new retail units in the terminal.
Before joining Fraport, Nina was the Buying Director Women at Galeria Kaufhof.
She managed a large portfolio of national and international brands and oversaw seasonal assortment planning. She also played a key role in digital channel integration and the transformation of the company during a time of significant organisational change.
Earlier, she served as Head of International Retail Buying, Planning & Allocation at s.Oliver Group, overseeing merchandise strategy and supply chain coordination across multiple international markets.
Nina has extensive experience in strategic retail development, category management and cross-channel retail. She combines analytical depth with commercial creativity and strong leadership.
She holds a degree in Fashion Management from the Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences, where she focused on textile and clothing technology as well as fashion management
