Greg Plummer

A life-long food & beverage enthusiast, Greg Plummer spent over 12 years working for CMS Hospitality, a premier ACDBE concessionaire. Here, Plummer honed his skills and developed the acumen and experience that would lay the foundation of the work he does today.

In 2016, Plummer launched Enjoy Repeat. Its bold mission was to create a “modern hospitality company” that curates and operates innovative concessions in airports and other non-traditional business channels. Plummer is passionate about creating pathways to better economic outcomes. He leads a passionate team which operates several concessions at Los Angeles International Airport and two of LA’s premier public golf courses in partnership with the City of Los Angeles Department of Recreations and Parks.

Plummer serves as Chief Executive Officer of Concord Collective Partners, Fly with Breeze and Enjoy Repeat. The companies’ portfolios include Alfred Coffee, Chick Fil A, Panda Express, California Pizza Kitchen, PF Chang’s, Peet’s Coffee & Tea, Beecher’s Handmade Cheese, and Santa Monica Brew Works, among others.

He is a devoted servant to improving the economic outcomes of socially disadvantaged entrepreneurs and proudly serves on the Board of Directors for the Airport Minority Advisory Council Foundation, as well as Vice Chair on the Board of the Airport Restaurant and Retail Association.

Plummer is a proud graduate of Morehouse College and even prouder husband and father to two daughters, Lotus and Phoebe.

In 2022, he received the distinguished AMAC Catalyst Award for Small Business Partner of the Year and was honored to have been named as one of The Moodie Davitt Report’s People of the Year.
