Jess Allerton
Jess Allerton joined The Moodie Davitt Report in 2022 as our Research Director. For the previous two years she managed a team of data scientists for UK supermarket group Morrisons, providing insight for the Supply Chain department. Jess has also held research and category management roles with fellow retailers Asda and Marks & Spencer, providing data and insight to drive category strategy.

Diana Chan
Diana Chan, an accountant by profession, grew up in Johor Bahru, Malaysia and loved cooking from a very young age. She learnt a lot through her parents, but it was only when she moved to Melbourne that her interest grew as she discovered the farmers’ markets that supplied fresh and local produce from around Australia. She developed her own cooking style, combining some of the hallmarks of her parents’ styles – her mother’s fresh, herb-driven approach and her father’s love of seafood.

This effort has been recognised through numerous domestic and international awards, with the airport becoming a bridge connecting Taiwan and rest of the world.

Patrick is a strong and strategic leader with extensive industry knowledge having spent 14 years as CEO at Greencore Group plc, a leading convenience food producer, as well as holding non-executive positions at various F&B companies. He is charged with driving all commercial revenues at the state-of-the-art Hamad International Airport in Doha, including the airport’s extraordinary Expansion Project which opened in time for the FIFA World Cup in 2022.
