A Food Network Celebrity Chef and celebrated award-nominated cookbook author, Lynn Crawford has over 25 years of culinary experience.
She is the chef-owner of Ruby Watchco, a market-inspired, chef-driven restaurant in Toronto’s East End, which she launched in 2010. It has garnered critical acclaim as one of the best restaurants in the country. In 2015 Lynn opened her new restaurant The Hearth at Pearson International Airport. Lynn was formerly Executive Chef at the Four Seasons Hotel in both Toronto and New York.
Lynn has starred in the popular Food Network show Pitchin’ In. The show spawned her first best-selling cookbook. Her second best-selling cookbook, At Home with Lynn Crawford, was released in 2013. She has made regular television appearances on programmes such as Iron Chef America, Top Chef Masters Season Five, Restaurant Makeover and Top Chef Canada, and she is currently a resident judge on Chopped Canada.
Lynn has teamed up with Waterview Market to create a signature line of delicious sauces and marinades for shrimp. In addition she is the Chef Ambassador for Egg Farmers of Canada. Her new cookbook Farm to Chef (to be published in September) celebrates the bounty of the seasons.
