Anders Barsøe has for the past two years been working on a fundamental turnaround of Denmark’s largest sushi chain LETZ SUSHI – a turnaround based on the B Corp impact model for growing relevance and turnover while making a positive impact on the world
Previously Anders has been a Managing Director at Løgismose Meyers, with responsibility for everything from Michelin restaurants to bakeries. Before that he worked in business development for Copenhagen Airports as Category Manager for F&B and Convenience.
Anders also co-owns an organic vegan company which up-cycles organic pulp from a juice company to create protein alternatives. He has high ambitions for the world’s transformation/transition to greater sustainability, and believes that companies have a great role in this; with action behind his words he challenges the practices of his industry through strong partnerships and goals that differentiate his businesses from the competition.
