
Alan Gluck
Alan Gluck has over two and a half decades of experience in commercial/concession management, commercial planning, financial analysis and government procurement. He has worked with and for county and state agencies, as well as for several consulting firms. From his early days working both back and front of house in restaurants in New York and Philadelphia while pursuing his degrees, Alan has experience in all aspects of commercial food service.
In the airport industry, Alan has developed commercial plans for airports, prepared solicitation documents. and served both on and as a SME for selection panels for food service and retail concessions. He is currently advising on commercial issues for San Francisco, Kansas City, Raleigh–Durham and Owen Roberts (Grand Cayman) international airports among others.
Alan holds an MBA from Temple University and a BS in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
